How To make A  Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:


boiled chickpeas

shredded carrots

diced onions

diced cucumber

roasted potatoes

roasted sweet potatoes

roasted apple

diced tomatoes

pomegranate 2 tablespoon

fresh coriander and green chillies(optional)


For Garnishing:


2 tablespoon fresh curd/cream

Black pepper

Roasted cummin seed powder

Black salt / pink salt

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve it hot. If you want you can add vegetables of your choice.
