Ingredients:
• boiled chickpeas
• shredded carrots
• diced onions
• diced cucumber
• roasted potatoes
• roasted sweet potatoes
• roasted apple
• diced tomatoes
• pomegranate 2 tablespoon
• fresh coriander and green chillies(optional)
For Garnishing:
• 2 tablespoon fresh curd/cream
• Black pepper
• Roasted cummin seed powder
• Black salt / pink salt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve it hot. If you want you can add vegetables of your choice.
